Rehab Group

Momentum is part of the Rehab Group , a leading non-Governmental organisation, working in local communities throughout England, Scotland, Ireland, The Netherlands and Poland, to provide high-quality services and opportunities to people with disabilities and others who are marginalised.

Each year, more than 32,000 people benefit from the health and social care, training and education, rehabilitation, employment and commercial services provided by Rehab Group.

In the UK, Rehab's services are co-ordinated by Momentum, TBG Learning and The Chaseley Trust.

TBG Learning is one of the UK's leading youth and adult learning organisations. Its services are accessed by thousands of people each year - the majority from socially-disadvantaged groups, such as people who are long-term unemployed or who have basic skills training needs.

The Chaseley Trust operates The Chaseley Home and The Chaseley Bungalows providing services to people with severe disabilities. The Chaseley Home provides residential accommodation for up to 55 people and, alongside caring for its permanent residents, offers rehabilitation programmes, respite and holiday care, and a multi-disciplinary therapy service. The Chaseley Bungalows offer a new model of social care, giving service users more personal space and choice to plan their daily routine and lifestyle

In Ireland, Rehab's services are provided through RehabCare, National Learning Network and Rehab Enterprises.

RehabCare delivers health and social careservices which reach into communities the length and breadth of Ireland. Each year, more than 2,600 people of all ages and from all walks of life avail of our resource centres, residential and respite care, supported accommodation, outreachand home-based services.
