Scotland's classic long-distance way unites the Lowlands with the spectacular Highlands and although it offers a few breathtaking hills it delivers breathtaking views as a reward. The sense of achievement on an early summer Sunday night, knowing you've just walked all the way from Glasgow to Fort William is unbelieveable! We do the walk in May, thus enjoying settled weather conditions and midge-free trekking.
The week-long walk is arranged by our established Glasgow-based walking company and is an open event, on which sponsored walkers for Momentum are welcome. However, this fills up quickly, so if you are interested at all please do get in touch NOW!
Momentum will ask you to raise sponsorship of £695, plus a deposit of £100. For this you will receive expert guidance, encouragement and historical interpretation by Fred Chatterton - Scotland's leading trekking guide. All accommodation and luggage transfers will be arranged for you, so all you carry is a light day-sac.
