Legal Support Services

Case Management Services prides itself on having an open and honest relationship with all professionals involved in the medico-legal framework. We work closely with the legal team in order to provide help and assistance in the area of acquired brain injury as well as offering a cost effective and specialist service to both the legal professional and the client.

All our services operate outside of, but in full support of any medico-legal framework.

Case Management Services will provide the following standard procedures for all areas of service:

- Initial assessment report and costs (Highlighting recommendations and goals).

- Monthly update reports (Highlighting short term goals and action taken).

- Annual reports (Providing further costings and recommendations).

All team members are experienced in providing witness of fact statements and giving evidence in court.
