Ellen Weir
Brain Injury Case Manager

Ellen joined the case management team in 2008 having previously worked for Rehab UK as a Job Coach on the Birmingham vocational programme for 4½ years. She holds a caseload of adult and paediatrics with acquired brain injuries in the Midlands area.

Ellen qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2007 and specialises in neuro-rehab.  She is a full member of CMSUK, Practitioner Member of BABICM, and Member of British Association of Occupational Therapists and registered with the Health Professions Council.

Janet McGill
Brain Injury Case Manager

Janet joined the case management team in August 2006 and covers the East Midlands. Prior to this she worked for 3 years as a Medical Case Manager in the Portsmouth area, with a caseload of clients with varying degrees of injuries. Janet is a Member of the Nursing & Midwifery Council, Practitioner Member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) and Full Member of CMSUK. Janet qualified as a nurse in 1986 and has worked within the NHS, Military, private sector and in the Middle East. Her specialisation was in acute surgical and orthopaedic nursing. She also has had experience working in the community and worked in a residential unit for adults with acquired head injury.

Christine joined the case management team in 2005. She works 3 full days per week and holds a caseload of adults and paediatrics with acquired brain injuries in the Midlands area. Being a Full Member of CMSUK and an Advanced Member of the Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM). She qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1996 and is registered with the Health Professions Council and is also a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists.
