Momentum's services put people at the heart of what we do. Some of our service users will need support to rebuild their lives following an accident or illness, while others will be aiming to find a job for the first time.

Our innovative, person-centred programmes enable people to gain the skills, training and experience that they need to live independently and to have an equal chance of finding mainstream employment.

Our services help a wide range of people, including those who have experienced brain injury, spinal injury, mental health difficulties, unemployment, substance misuse or who have a physical or learning disability.

We also provide social care and supported living services to people in their own homes.
