Momentum pioneered the UK's first specialist service to help people with traumatic brain injury return to work in 1993.

We now support more than 80 per cent of our brain injury clients who have undertaken a vocational rehabilitation programme into employment or further education and training each year.

We also offer community integration programmes to help people to take the first steps towards living independently following a brain injury.

Our brain injury services for adults include:

• Access and Integrate which assists people to take the first steps towards independence following a brain injury. Integrate also assists children
• Pathways which helps people learn the skills they need to return to work
• Community Solutions, a specialised individual care service available from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day
