Momentum's Pathways programme provides specialist training and support for adults with a brain injury who want to return to work or further education.
Our staff help clients to manage the effects of their head injury, delivering training in memory skills, improving concentration, confidence-building and managing stress and anxiety.
With the help of a Momentum job coach, clients are assisted to identify and work towards realistic employment options. Coaching is given in interview and job seeking skills and staff assist clients to secure work placements in preparation for returning to the workplace. Support continues to both clients and their employers throughout the work placement and once back in employment.
Pathways also clients the chance to work for nationally recognised qualifications from SQA and City & Guilds.
