Momentum's care division, Momentum Care, offers a variety of social care services for people with a wide range of needs.

Our experienced team of professional social care staff provide flexible services which support people in their own communities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes and to take part in community based activities.

We currently offer services across Greater Glasgow, Ayrshire and Aberdeen.  The models we offer are:

Careconnect - Provides community-based care services, including full 24-hour support, to a wide range of people including those with physical disabilities, the frail elderly, people with HIV related difficulties, those who have sustained head injuries and terminal cancer patients who wish to remain in their own home.
