Momentum Care provides personalised packages of support to adults with an acquired brain injury.
Our highly-skilled and experienced staff assist people to live more independently and to achieve their goals.
We offer flexible support which can range from just a few hours per week to 24-hour care.
Working with individuals and their families/carers, Momentum Care ensures people have full choice and control over the service they receive and that they are given the right support.

Manage the effects of a brain injury
Take part in activities in the local community and further afield
Learn daily living skills
