Momentum Care provides Day Care services at its centres in Blyth and Coventry, offering the opportunity for the people we support to develop new skills, to make new friends and participate in activities of their choice.

These day care services provide an opportunity for respite for carers whilst know that their relative will supported in a friendly, caring and active environment.

Our Day Centre in Blyth offers provides a way for people with a wide range of needs to maintain their independence and to become more active in their communities.

Our Day Centre in Coventry provides a range of services aimed at reducing social isolation experienced by older people living in the area.

In addition to centre-based activities, we offer an Outreach Programme providing assessment, guidance and support to the most vulnerable people in the community who are unable to access mainstream services.
