Momentum works in partnership with a number of agencies to deliver Community Rehabilitation programmes for people who are socially excluded because of substance misuse issues.
Our programmes provide a co-ordinated pathway for people who are misusing or have misused drugs or alcohol to move from a chaotic lifestyle towards social and economic inclusion.
The aim of our Community Rehabilitation programmes is to support people dealing with the difficulties of addiction to move forward through rehabilitation and training and to support them to all the way to supported and ultimately full employment.
Service users are also supported to access services designed to assist with day-to-day issues like money advice, housing and health.
Momentum's Community Rehabilitation programmes include the Link programme (part of the Supported Training and Rehabilitation Partnership) in West Glasgow and Catalyst in Ayrshire.
