Based in Ayrshire, Momentum's Catalyst programme is a community rehabilitation and integration programme for people who are misusing or have misused substances or alcohol.
Catalyst is based on Momentum's successful Energiser programme and helps people to move from a chaotic to a structured lifestyle through personal development and pre-vocational activities, and to access training and employment opportunities.
Staff work with service users on a one-to-one basis, ensuring that they can access a full range of personal support within the community. This could include addiction support, welfare rights advice, housing support, education, training and employment.
Catalyst is based in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire. For further information please contact:

"Catalyst helped me realise that I wasn't alone and there was other people like me. They didn't make me feel stupid or under any pressure and the most important thing for me was that I wasn't judged. I think every town all over the world should have their own Catalyst programme." Janett, Catalyst service user
