Link Programme

Momentum Skills is the managing partner in STAR (Supported Training and Rehabilitation Partnership) and delivers the Link Programme, the first point of access to the partnership's services.

The Link Programme is for people who have or have had a drug or alcohol problem and wish to move on in their recovery, rebuild their lives and move towards independence and employment.

A key element of the STAR Partnership is its innovative approach to bringing together diverse and valued partners across West Glasgow to provide a joined-up, effective service for clients.

Momentum's delivery partners in STAR are: Glasgow Volunteer Centre, Glasgow City Council - West Community Addiction Team and Glasgow West Regeneration Agency. Glasgow Community Safety Services is also an advisory partner through its outdoor education arm.

In 2004, the STAR Partnership won a prestigious award for innovation in service design from the Rehab Council.
