Haven Products provides meaningful employment and development opportunities for its entire workforce. 

Haven has learning centres at its Hillington and Inverness facilities. Every member of Haven's workforce has access to the centres which work in partnership to provide approved courses in literacy, numeracy and I.T.

In the last couple of years, Haven has extended the employment options available to staff by developing the Complementary Workforce Initiative.

The majority of Haven's workforce are referred by Jobcentre Plus, via the Workstep programme which supports disabled people into employment. Around 80% of Haven's workforce have a disability.
