Let's Go... provides community-based activities and short breaks for adults with a learning disability in the South Glasgow area.

Let's Go... promotes independence through a varied programme of activities in the community, ranging from a few hours a week to short breaks.

Our clients have taken part in social activities like line dancing, swimming, going to the gym, indoor bowling, chess club and cycling. We try to match our clients to staff with similar interests or hobbies. Clients are also encouraged to try new activities, building new friendships along the way.

Let's Go... was established in 2001 as an alternative to traditional, building-based respite. Parents, carers and clients have praised the service's quality, flexibility and diversity. As far as possible, staff are matched to clients with similar interests.

Let's Go... is part of the Momentum Care division, which provides tailored care and supported living in the community services for people with a wide range of disabilities.
