Momentum's innovative Fresh Start programme assists unemployed people with mental health and stress related issues to consider their future employment options.

Fresh Start gives people a connection back into the world of work, allowing them to test their strengths and find ways to break down the barriers that are preventing them from moving into employment.

We provide training in Information Technology; personal development; and help people to look at options available to them in further education or employment.

Fresh Start receives vital funding from the European Social Fund and Glasgow City Council Social Work Department.
