Energiser

Momentum's innovative Energiser programme is designed for those who are unemployed with a long-term illness, a physical disability, a sensory impairment and/or an addiction.

The first step towards social inclusion, this 12-week programme focuses on personal development, motivation and confidence-building and health management.

The local community, which is seen as a valuable asset, is extensively utilised by each Energiser group in an inclusive approach to personal development.

Energiser works in partnership with other local organisations, which deliver highly valued elements of the programme.

Momentum's Energiser programme is currently available in Glasgow and Aberdeen.
