Whitewater rafting is a truly thrilling adventure sport and Rehab UK are looking for people like YOU to take part even if you haven't got any previous experience!  All you need is a team of 6 or 8 people and you're halfway there.  Each of the 5 Whitewater rafting locations in England & Wales has a different format, but wherever you take part, you will be given the opportunity to fully experience the exhilaration of whitewater rafting as you take part in a thrilling adventure on behalf of Rehab UK.

Raise £1,000 for Rehab UK between all of you and you get the chance to take part in your own exhilarating rafting adventure for FREE!

You raft in teams of six or eight people and you go downstream with a fully-qualified raft guide.  All the gear is provided as part of your package and you get instruction before the off.  There is a deposit payable on registration of £360 - £470 (depending on the location) and thereafter you just need to raise the remainder of the £1,000 team sponsorship between you. That's just £125 per person including the deposit. Minimum age of 14 (those under 18 will need parental consent).
